365 - You Know Me So Well
February 9, 2010

This strip is actually a modified version of a comic we did quite a few years ago for Jim’s project, Universe 29. In that strip, Jim put into comic form quirky things that happened in his life. The original strip was based off a real conversation Jim and I had, where he asked me a question with no details and I answered in an equally ambiguous manner. Being married and comfortable with each other, we knew what the other meant, but if someone had been watching us, they would have no clue what we were talking about. Of course, the Smileys’ conversation is a bit different.
This comic is actually an unplanned filler, so to speak. Jim was supposed to do Fri/Sat’s strip, but he was busy over the weekend with our recent smiley project. He then had to jump back on a freelance project he’s been working on and the strip just had to take a back seat. There will be a new strip tomorrow, but we’re not sure if it will be Jim’s strip or if we’ll just jump into the next storyline.
*** On a side note, I was quite busy the last few updates to make comments, but just went back and added some notes to issues 363 and 364 ***
