346 - Video Games
December 5, 2009

My mother loves video games. She’s been playing them since I was a kid. I remember my parents playing Pong over at one of their friends houses. When the NES came out, my mom bought it for HER to play. To this day, she plays games more than Jim or I do. Of course, my kids love that. Though, unlike the Pixel grandmother, she’s not as good as most of my kids. Anyhow, she was certainly the inspiration for this strip. The ensuing storyline, however, is not based on anything. My mom is not patient enough to game online–she HATES having to take the time to level up and refuses to do it. LOL! So, needless to say, the rest will be truly fiction.
