335 - Gramma’s Here!

Michelle finished-up these comics this afternoon, but I was not able to get them uploaded until now. Our family had volunteered to help out at a charity haunted house, and we had to leave before I had a chance to get the comics up. It was fun, though. I got to play the Grim Reaper and scare a bunch of people.

Michelle is doing better. Not 100%, but she’s getting there. She still has a terrible headache that she can’t get rid of, which makes doing on-line work difficult. We’re hoping next week will be back to normal with respect to doing updates on this strip.

Adding this note 11/4: This whole scenario is very much based on our kids. Whenever Jim’s mom comes for the visit, the kids mob her the moment she comes it. They literally try to tell her anything and everything that’s happened in the last year all at once.

When considering what Dott’s mom looked like, I did think of many different things, but ultimately settled on an older version of Dott herself.
