311 - At the Bank

Finally got this comic up. What a nightmare. I’m pretty convinced that my computer woes are not internet related (even though our internet was legitimately out yesterday morning), but virus related. I could not get the comic uploaded. Just spent a couple of hours running several scans and clean-ups and that ended up helping a lot of the problems. Thing is, the kids use my computer. No, they are not surfing to objectionable sites…but most fan sites for pop-culture stuff are loaded with spyware and such. It’s one of the main reasons we won’t have ads here on BMW. Granted, who likes ads anyway, but it is hard to monitor and make sure all of them are family-friendly. Plus, there have been more than one incident where people have had viruses and other malware put inside of ad code. Just not worth it.

Had a fun time doing the art on this one. The bank gave me a bit of trouble, even though I used quite a bit of existing art. The car was done from scratch. Still in the same style as the other cars I’ve done in the past, but with a bit more detail.

This storyline had been planned for a while, but just the other day I got a few really great ideas to incorporate into it. I’m very excited. I love the Rasterman stories and they are even more fun to write when I have a few tricks up my sleeve.
