Okay, I promised 3 strips, and there ARE 3 strips, but I liked the mini-cliffhanger of the last strip, so Jim and I decided to post the bonus strip tomorrow, Wednesday.
Had a bugger of a time getting the interior of the ship done. It’s a balance keeping the pixel art simple enough to keep with the 8-bit feel, but detailed enough to tell the story and properly convey the scene.
Oh, and thanks for the nice email from a fan about my migraine. I am a chronic sufferer and it’s not fun–they often hit me unexpectedly. I know there are many others out there who deal with this, and I appreciated the sympathy.
