Jim has been wanting to do a webcomic forever, particularly since Webcomicfan closed down. I just re-started Just One More at LOK. I’m hoping I can keep both up. Though this one should be easier since the artwork won’t be as extensive. But knowing me, I’ll use any excuse to make more icons! Tess is helping us on this comic. She is really excited, and so are we. I know there are several parent/child artist teams doing webcomics, but are we the first mother/father/daughter group?

It’s kinda hard to believe it’s been over 5 months since we registered the URL and planned to start this comic. Life sure has a way of happening. Nevertheless, we’re very excited about this endeavor. Juggling work, family, and our other projects, it’s sometimes to find time for “pure” creativity. Jim and I are writers at heart, and this gives us a great outlet for all of the little stories bouncing around in our heads. Plus, it’s exciting to see Tess following in our footsteps. We’re hopeful this comic will help feed her muse.
